From I-270, take Exit 9A onto I-370 E. Keep right. Go for 1.4 mile. Take the first exit ramp for Rockville (MD-355S)/Shady Grove Road. Turn left onto Shady Grove Road. Continue for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Frederick Road (MD-355S). Immediately turn right into the parking lot of 16220 Frederick Road / Shady Grove Professional Building.
Heading north on MD-355, take a U-turn at Shady Grove Road. Bear right to make an immediate right turn to the parking lot of 16220 Frederick Road / Shady Grove Professional Building.
Heading south on MD-355, pass through the light at Shady Grove Road. Make an immediate right turn into the parking lot of 16220 Frederick Road / Shady Grove Professional Building.
The clinic is at the fifth floor of the building. Turn left when you exit the elevator then another left into the hallway. Suite 512 is the last office on your right.
